Recent plein air work from Monterey Paint Trip

Here’s a snapshot of the paintings I did during my recent plein air painting trip to the Monterey area.  An exquisite time to paint, enjoy beautiful scenery and paint with good artist friends.  These paintings are available at Patris Studio and Art Gallery and for a limited time available for acquisition at the Crocker Art Gallery’s Holiday Art Sale the last weekend of November at the Scottish Rite Center.

A Fabulous Plein Air Painting Trip

I did a mini-plein air painting trip with my art bud Abigail VanCannon and Randy Blasquez up to Tahoe and Truckee.  Sometimes just getting away for the sole purpose of painting in beautiful places with good friends is medicine to the soul.
